Notes: Black tea, soft bergamot, dried chamomile petals, steamed rice, clean linen, sun warmed skin, vanilla cream, pale woods, soft musk.
I set the table. It was just an old tree stump, but I always felt them there. Little cups made from whatever I could find. Foraged “snacks” of sticks, stones, grass, and flowers laid out like it meant something. The air smelled soft and sweet, like tea steeping somewhere just out of sight. Small paws, clean linen, and the smell of something comforting drifting through the breeze.
