To get the most out of your reading, here’s what you need to know:

1. Come with an open mind.

3. Optional but helpful:

If you’re hoping to connect with a specific loved one who has passed, please gather the following at least 24 hours before your session. I don’t want to know or see them until connection and confirmation is made:

• A trigger object

• A photo if you have one

• Write down any, dates, or memories that feel important

4. For pendulum readings:

Let me know if you have specific yes/no questions or if you’d like a general spiritual check-in.

5. Ground yourself.

Light a candle, sip some water, turn your phone on do-not-disturb. You don’t need a whole ritual, but a little stillness goes a long way.
